Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of 10AM, a service operated by Good Software Inc ("we", "us"). By creating a studio or signing in, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may do so.
What 10AM is
10AM is software for running photo production: shooting lists, shoot days, call sheets, the pictures that come back, and the pages you send clients. We host it and keep it running. We do not take part in the work you do with it, and we are not a party to anything you agree with your clients.
Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox secure -- anybody who can read it can reach your studio. You are responsible for what the people you invite into your studio do with it, including anyone you give access to a client page.
What belongs to you
Everything you put into 10AM stays yours: shooting lists, photographs, client details, notes and documents. We claim no ownership of it and no right to use it beyond running the service for you -- we do not sell it, we do not use it to advertise, and we do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
What we may do with your content
Only what is needed to provide the service: store it, back it up, show it to the people you have given access, and pass parts of it to the providers listed in the privacy policy. Nothing else.
What you may not do
Do not use 10AM to break the law, to store material you have no right to, or to send anybody content they have not asked for. Do not try to reach another studio's data, disrupt the service, or resell access to it.
Availability
We aim to keep 10AM available and to warn you before planned downtime, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. During early access in particular, features may change or be removed, and we may contact you about your use of the product.
Fees
The plan, the price and the billing period are shown before you subscribe and in your studio's settings. Nothing is charged without your agreement. Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Ending it
You may stop using 10AM at any time and ask us to close your studio. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service -- in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.
Liability
10AM is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost work, or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will say so in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use 10AM after that means you accept the new version.
