Everything a shoot needs.Nothing it does not.

From the first quote to the last invoice, with the shooting list, the days, the pictures and the client's notes in between.

01 · Projects

One job, one record

A project holds the client, the shooting list, the days, the pictures and the bill. It moves from quoted to shot to delivered to paid as the work happens, and the milestones you set are what everyone checks the date against.

02 · Shooting lists

Every product, every view

Drop the client's spreadsheet in. Columns are matched by name rather than by position, so nobody reformats a sheet to suit the software. Every product becomes a SKU with a box for each view it needs, because a shoe is not a dress. Three hundred of them in a few seconds.

03 · Shoot days

Days, places and people

Plan each shooting day, pick a location you have shot at before instead of typing the address again, and book the crew from the studio's own address book. Call times sit on the person rather than in somebody's head.

04 · Call sheets

The call sheet is already written

Everything a call sheet needs is on the shoot already, so making one is a click. Check it, take the PDF, send it to everyone booked. Once it is issued it stops changing, so the version in somebody's inbox is the version that happened.

05 · Images

Every frame has a slot

Drop a folder of files and they land in the empty slots. No shooting list yet? The files make one. A number per product and one across the whole job say how much is done, so nobody finds a gap after the samples have gone back.

06 · Client microsite

A private page, not an account

Publish the shoot as a link. Password protected by default, nothing to sign up for on the client's side, and you can see whether they opened it. They leave notes on the picture itself, pinned to the detail they mean, and anyone from the studio answers in the same thread under their own name.

07 · Money

Quoted, billed, and what is left

An offer becomes an invoice without anything being re-typed. Both lock the moment they are issued, take their number from your own sequence, and lay out as pages you can print. Billing keeps what was agreed next to what has actually gone out, so a part-invoiced job is never a guess, and receipts file against the job they belong to.

08 · Your studio

Everything the studio shares

Invite people and put them on the jobs they are working; a collaborator sees their own shoots and never the client list. The address book, the locations and the numbering belong to the studio, and every project in it shares them. All of it exports.
